Dave Nash - No Way (Greenfish Remix) **FREE DOWNLOAD**

Dave Nash debuts on Trojan House with two brooding, and evolving deep cuts. "Higher" builds nicely into a dark, moody vibe with a slight industrial atmosphere. It emanates powerful energy when the kick begins to hit and the bass begins to take control.

Dave Nash's second original "No Way" is a heavy bass line driven, deep house monster!  Gritty in its low end, melodic at its core and energetic all over. "No Way" is powerful, with plenty of moving synth lines, and variations in his drum work that all forge together to build a rolling beast.

Julien Loreto's remix of "Higher" works some cool vocal treatment into a semi-dubbed track, but his remix is more about the tech fuelled groove that will have all fists pumping.

Mr Jefferson is up next with a driving tech belter! Forced along with a throbbing bass line that doesn't quit, and fills that sneak up on you, his remix will definitely keep dance floor on their toes.

Oslo's remix of "Higher" is drenched in percussion, and also has stripped back vocals with some cool processing. Underpinning his sporadic groove is a forceful, resonating baseline that will have you moving in synch to its hypnotic ways.

Spennu - Det Gown

(THR015) Release date: December 19, 2014 (Beatport exclusive)

Spennu - Det Gown (Original Mix)
Spennu - Det Gown (A Lister Remix)
Spennu - Det Gown (Matt Prehn Remix)
Spennu - Is It What (Original Mix)

Spennu is back on Trojan House with his latest release "Det Gown".  "Det Gown" is a raw, gritty house track with an edgy techy flavour.  With its face paced vibe, and its hard hitting kick drum, this peak time jammer will force floors to move!

A Lister brings his A-game and delivers a belter!  His remix of "Det Gown" also hits hard and fast.  The stout bass melody, stacked on top of thick rumbling, solid sub bass,  keeps the groove flowing with persistence.  Hypnotic and forceful, while still maintaining a minimal and stripped back industrial vibe, this track has the ammunition to decimate all!

Matt Prehn's interpretations slows up the pace just a little, and he offers up a warm, rolling, deep house groover with a weighted low end.  A gorgeous sun drenched chord progression floats nicely at its apex, and with it's atmospheric fills, and percussive breakdown, there will be few that could deny moving a body part in synch to its infectious rhythm.

"Is It What" completes the package, and like "Det Gown" can also be described as a thumping house track but  with a focus on ambiance and atmosphere.  "Is It What" is slightly dark and mysterious in nature, primarily due to its relentless, brooding bass tone and melody.  Fills, stabs and vox effects with varying and random amounts of delay and reverb further add to its depth and its twisted, hypnotic vibe.

Ben Mono,
Justin Jay, Stacey Pullen, Hector Couto, The Mekanism, Amine Edge & Dance, Animal Trainer, Filthy Rich, Joy Kitikonti, Hugo, Butane, James Silk, Chris Fortier, Nobody knows, UGLH.

ozzi's big bass house sound is back on Trojan House Records with his third release. His "My Love" EP is a thumping four track dance floor orientated selection, forged with copious amounts of low end force to keep the dance floor motivated well into the night!

The original mix is a face paced house cut with a slightly cheeky, garagy house flavour. With his thick and rumbly low end eliciting a kinetic reaction, it's ozzi's infectious melody and vocal work that will be tough to shake from your head days after the ringing in your ears has stopped.

Mr Jefferson's interpretation is a groovy, and atmospheric house jam. He creates a broad sonic pane, and fills the spectrum with a cool amalgamation of effected organic and synthetic shots that dissipate around his snappy drum parts.

Greenfish's remix is a fat, groovy, low slung, deep house affair. A sensual bass line driven groover if ever there was one! His remix has plenty of synthy goodness together dancing in unison with his rolling jackin' bass.

Supporting DJs:
Lee Foss
, B-Traits, Brothers Vibe, Animal Trainer, Da Sunslounge, Saccao, S!lk, Toucan, Horse Meat Disco, Sossa, Animal Picnic, Fog, Maximilijan.

Scuba Stew & Blake Brown, two pals from the seaside city of Wollongong team up on their debut release as a production duo.  One a fast rising DJ talent, and the other a trained musician, together their new deep house outfit unleashes their first release on Trojan House Records.  The boys chop up a vocal of Whitney Houston's "It's Not Right, But It's Okay" and build a down-tempo, loved up, and emotionally groovy deep house jam around it.  Flourished with an atmospheric piano part, and a raspy synth line that seems to wash slowly across the throbbing bass line, this is definitely one for the lovers out there.

Matt Prehn's remix  is a deep house, dance floor shaker!  With his signature chord stabs in place, and his deep groove setting the foundation, it's his chubby bass line that will be responsible for the dance floor damage dealt when this track drops.

Patrick Daniels strips his remix back to achieve a bouncy house flavour.  A bass line driven club banger focusing on his infectious bass line and fat kick.  He builds anticipation with his use of pitched down vox chops, FX, and bare breakdowns.

Farfan takes his remix into a completely different direction, and achieves a unique house vibe with soul. His use of processed piano parts, a stuttered bass line, and repetitive vox chants achieves a hypnotic and infectious rhythm that will dazzle and delight.

The boys second track "French Hear", is another down-tempo jammer.   Trippy, and groovy with a spacious float-like feel.  This vibe is derived from their use of delayed vocal chops, drowsy chords, and atmospheric synth parts.  Watch out as the pumping sub bass will pull you back down to Earth when it begins working its rolling magic.

Richard Empire's "No Rush" is a hefty house thumper, full of groove and a fat ass low end to boot!  With heavily side chained chords, and a dreamy violin part all underpinned by a simple piano melody, the original mix chuggs along solidly dragging you away in it's current.

Matt Prehn's interpretation is just as groove laden as the original, with a more laid back, cruisey vibe.  Prehn adds his signature organic stabs and electronic synth parts, together with another really deep bassline that will have the walls shakin'

Supporting DJs:

Dustin Nantais' "Arm Bar" EP is his second release on Trojan House Records.  His debut EP "American Greed" was supported by Maya Jane Coles, Richie Hawtin, Stacey Pullen, Luciano, Dubfire, Joyce Muniz, Amine Edge and more!

Arm Bar EP is a shade darker house than Dustin's previous release.  The driving core of his original mix, is the vibrating fusion between the drums, and the forceful bass line.  With twisted vocal samples, evolving chord stabs, and tension building swashes blending nicely, it's the xylophone melody adorning the mix that will transform the dance floor into a dreamy hypnotic state.

Kostas Georgoudis takes his remix in a different direction from the original, and delivers a thumping, deep house, jacking mix.  Even with plenty of synthy goodness, and the addition of cool hip-hop style vocals, it's the fat-ass groovy low end here that will have you out of your seat.

The Pow! Pow! remix of Arm Bar is a real journey track.  Atmospheric, synthy, creepy, loud, dark, techy, driving and twisted!  It is constantly building and evolving, never letting up, or hinting what to expect next.  Definitely one for the darker dance floors- darker in both soul, and the absence of light!

Dustin Nantais original mix of Throwing Under is a driving, tech-fueled stomper.  With its powerful groove, electronic fills, and epic breakdown, this is a cut for those later nights and early mornings still sweating on the floor.

Throwing Under (Dustin's Sunshine Across Troy Mix) is a down tempo groovy houser, with a chunky and chuggy low end.  It has a laid back cruisey vibe to it that resonates from the bottom of its drums, to the top of its synthy stabs.

, Animal Trainer, Fish Go Deep, Ashley Wild, Moodtrap, Rambla Boys, Vanilla Ace, Ilias Katelanos, Ceri, 12 Tones, Matt Prehn, David Figueroa, Spennu, Shiverz.

A very unique style... Whim-ee, aka Sara Garcia is a French dj/producer. Originally from Recife, Brazil she relocated to Paris as a child where she began her journey into music via classical piano school for nine years. Whim-ee later began experimenting with electronic music, injecting her own unique fusion of house, techno, jazz, funk, and soul.

Our Medusa EP (digital version) showcases two amazing Whim-ee original tracks: "Confusion", and "Di Love".  "Confusion" is a down tempo house track that vibrates with lots of low end force, where her groove laden percussions and floating melody can easily drift across.

"Di Love" is an artistic house piece that centers around interesting, and creatively used industrial rhythmic timbers.  This bed is layered with hollow percussive sounds and distant vocal hymns, that radiate a slight hopelessness, and enjoyably drowsy feel.

Sami Wentz adds his house flavour to "Confusion" with an up-lifting, peak time remix that will have dance floors hyped with excitement due to its intoxicating and infectiously melodic bassline.  Together with crunchy and chunky, hard hitting drum parts and cheeky droned out vocal chops, this remix will have the sweat dripping off the walls!

"Di Love" is accompanied with a fat, deep house remix courtesy of Italy's Paolo Driver.  Paolo creates a groovy deep house pleaser here, with his creative use of the vocals, percussive instruments and his sluggishly exaggerated and cool bassline.

S-ampel is next up with his remix of "You Eyes (Feat Coolwaiss)", and supplies a hold your breath houser with his elongated, anticipating build, and quick drop to reveal a cheeky rolling, house bass line.  He adds atmosphere with his use of vocal sampling and delay effects.

Trojan House Records are very proud to announce their debut vinyl release, in a series to come of yearly summer 12" releases. Each year, their four track vinyl EP will focus on showcasing the versatility and avant garde side of the label with unique music which strays slightly from their usual dance floor oriented club tunes.

Each release, aptly named in ode to ancient Greek mythological gods and creatures will feature two original tracks from an artist whos style adopts unusual or unorthodox arrangements or production techniques. Adding to the strength of the release, each original will be accompanied by a powerful remix from a Trojan House Records artist.

Our Medusa Ep showcases two amazing Whim-ee original tracks: "Your Eyes", and "Valor". "Your Eyes" is a warm, down tempo, and sensually chilled out cut. It is lovingly crafted together with luscious organic layers, smooth velvet like vocals, and tripped out jazzy inspired licks and stabs. These textures float flawlessly on a mellow, but euphorically charged and moody bassline.

"Valor " titillates much the same area of the psyche, which will heavily invoke human emotion. "Valor" merges drowsy and sorrow soaked keys together with atmospheric vocals that radiate hopelessness and despair. "Valor" comes on in peaceful waves as it generates momentum, Fusing warm dreamy pads, together with abstract, metallic industrial rhythmic timbers in a gorgeous arrangement of sonic textures.

Medusa also features a super groovy "Valor" remix by Frenchman, and Sydneysider YokoO. His remix takes a similar down tempo approach that rings true to the original. Avoiding a standard four to the floor beat, YokoO creates a spacious sonic plane with a plethora of room for his floating groove to bounce off. YokoO also introduces a mesmerizing and beautiful plucked string part to the mix, and places wonderfully effected uplifting vocal shots throughout his vast array.

To complete the Medusa package, Greek dj/ producer Panos adds his own unique driving house vibe to "Your Eyes". An irrefutable and god-like powerful mix for use against fearless dance floors! From its tame-less, and electrifying core, to its dark and vengefully fearless growling bass tones, you can feel the wrath of Zeus resonating throughout this stomper. A true weapon from the gods, and one not to be used in haste...

The Giving it up EP also features some truly fine remixes by fellow house heads Cameron Cooper, Gutto Serta and Paolo Driver. The Paulo Driver remix builds in some hard hitting low end rumble and synth ambience. The Cameron Cooper remix takes the track in another direction with a rolling deep house vibe. Finally the Gutto Serta mix has a techy feel that blends nicely with the deep house sound of the original.

"The Void" is the debut release on the Trojan House Records label by UK based producer Richard Empire. The Void is an emotional driving deep house track with a large bottom end. Paired with a drowsy pain felt female vocal which takes you back to that first heart break filled, with all the raw passion and emotion which we can all resonate with.

Richard is pulling from his roots as an experienced music enthusiast, clubber and DJ to produce a funky yet melodic sound drawing, from all genres of the underground house scene. A classically trained pianist, Richard lives by the mantra "Good people follow good music, trust your ears". We agree and are proud to welcome Richard to label and are excited about his debut track.

Remixes for the EP are provided by highly respected house aficionado's Sami Wentz, YokoO and Panos, who lend their own unique flair to The Void. Wentz's remix is an enjoyable deep & cruisy percussive houser that will keep dance floors grooving well into the night.

YokoO switches up the pace with his deep and dreamy down tempo take, and long suspense bulding to a glorious pay off. Panos' deep and driving house style wraps around his remix with a fat and deep bassline guranteed to shake down the house.
